- Battery Storage (BESS) Health Audit: Annual state-of-health diagnostics and firmware update
- Kohler / Generac / Cat Generator PM: Annual oil, filter, battery, and automatic transfer switch test
- EV Charging Station PM: Annual connector, cable, and GFCI safety check
- Emergency Dispatch SLA: Priority next-business-day field dispatch
2. Commercial Proactive Plan
- Solar PV & Inverter Inspection: Semi-annual thermal drone & string performance audit
- Battery Storage (BESS) Health Audit: Semi-annual cell balance & enclosure HVAC filter service
- Kohler / Generac / Cat Generator PM: Semi-annual PM including fluids, belts, and coolant analysis
- EV Charging Station PM: Semi-annual cord, retractor, bollard, and OCPP network check
- Emergency Dispatch SLA: 12-hour on-site commercial response
3. Mission-Critical 24/7 SLA
- Solar PV & Inverter Inspection: Quarterly field audit + 24/7 NOC fault alert monitoring
- Battery Storage (BESS) Health Audit: Quarterly thermal & BMS telemetry review
- Kohler / Generac / Cat Generator PM: Quarterly PM + Annual NFPA 110 Resistive Load-Bank Test
- EV Charging Station PM: Quarterly inspection + priority on-site parts swap
- Emergency Dispatch SLA: 4-hour 24/7/365 emergency dispatch
