1. Engineering Calculators & Preliminary Estimates
The interactive calculators, checklists, and technical guides published on nyreer.com (including the EV Port Throughput & Managed Valet ROI Calculator and the On-Grid / Off-Grid Solar + BESS + Generator Configurator) are provided for preliminary planning and educational modeling only. Final system sizing, electrical service capacity, utility interconnection approval, and tax-credit/rebate eligibility require a physical site audit and formal PE-stamped engineering review under a signed NYREER agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
All text, engineering methodologies, diagrams, project photography, and branding on this site are the property of NYREER, LLC or its respective hardware partners (including ChargePoint, Kohler, Generac, Caterpillar, SMA, and E-Mon D-Mon) and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Governing Law
